achieve an initial gross profit margin of at least 30%, increasing that by at
1% per year until reaching our final target of 33%.

sell RM350, 000 in product the first year.
4. To
maintain a solid growth rate of 30% per year for the first five years.

ABOUT US
The
company Shiny Star sdn.bhd was formed in 2010 by Muhammad Amirul Addin with his
partner Nur Syakirah binti Khairul Azmi and Siti Noor Rafhanah binti Abd Rahim
also Muhammad Izwan bin Isa with the business purposed of acquiring license to
trade prominent international ready to wear fashion brand and retail them in
Malaysia.
Women’s fashion attire brand, Shiny
Star sdn.bhd was the company’s first licensed acquisition in 1999. The Shiny
Star sdn.bhd Malaysia’s began trading at Bansar village, Kuala Lumpur along
with consignment counters of the brand in Parkson Malaysia department stores
that year. As a business of the brand grew, a second stand-alone Shiny Star
sdn.bhd retail store was opened in empire gallery mall Selangor in 2000.
To date the Shiny Star sdn.bhd is
traded in two stand-alone outlets in the suburbs of Kuala Lumpur, Bansar and
Subang, together with strategy consignment counters at the capital’s golden
triangle inside Parkson, KLCC and Pavilion.
